If there is any lack in our lives, it's not because there is not enough, but rather, because we are limiting our
intake. What we receive in life is controlled by the ‘limits’ we place on our emotions, behaviours, thoughts
and actions.

There are many factors involved in why it’s so hard for us to open the valve controlling the flow of
abundance in our lives. By the time we become aware of the fact that we create our own limits, the beliefs
and habits we've developed over the years that produce these ‘limits’ are so ingrained, they are very difficult
to change.

Society also has its role to play. Since most of the world's governments have become capitalistic societies,
it's in their best interest to promote conditions and belief systems that produce large numbers of ‘have-nots’.

Simple economics tells us that in order for capitalism to thrive, there must be a large supply meeting a
large demand, and you must have people who are in debt to create a large enough demand to consume
that large supply.








The simple reality is that the governments of the world make their money from our poor health, debt, and
our struggle to just get by.

Their abundance is dependant on our lack.

But this does not mean we have to accept these limits. While it's true that most people will never take
advantage of it, information about attracting wealth and prosperity is freely available to anyone caring to
look.



What fills your life is what you focus on.

Learning to create abundance in your life is about much more than simply creating material wealth, it’s about
enriching your ‘Self’ as a whole.
When you begin to understand the principles and laws that govern Abundance, you begin to understand
that you are not constrained by the conditions of the Economy, or the amount of your Present Income.

Your ability to increase your wealth, live in abundance, and have financial freedom, is all based on your
understanding of the Universal laws that govern the flow of energy controlling your ability to turn potential
into reality.

Yet there is more to creating abundance than simply placing an order for it, and then sitting back waiting for
its delivery. You have to be giving something of value, adding to the flow, in order to make this work.

When you are recognised as a giver, people are more than willing to pay for your contribution.

Wealth, money, success, love, and health are all forms of energy.

Being part of the flow means that you are a participating member.
Once you understand how to operate in the flow of that Energy, you learn to work with the Source of
energy and actively create your reality, instead of simply letting random thoughts create a Chaotic existence
for you.

Abundance is about living a healthy, vibrant life with a purpose, and experiencing the joy that comes from
possessing a strong sense of  ‘Self’.



Life Is A Test, It’s Only a Test.


Do you remember the old Emergency Broadcast Announcement, the one with the horrible beeping sound
that tells you "had this been an actual emergency, you would have been instructed where to go and..."

A few years ago, there was something similar making the rounds on the Internet. It went something like this.

"This life is a test. It is only a test. Had this been an actual life, you would have received instructions
on where to go and what to do..."

It would be nice if life came with instructions on where to go and what to do. But it doesn't.

And yet, so many people go through life as if they're waiting for instructions, or for their "real life" to begin.
You'll hear people say things like "When I lose 20 pounds, I'm going to..." or, "When I've got enough money,
then I'm going to..." It's as if they've put their life on hold, waiting for everything to be perfect, before they
start actually living it!

But this life isn't a test, or a rehearsal, or a game. You don't get - 'another try'  when it's finished. This is it.

Don't waste another minute of your life! Instead of waiting until things are perfect, or for "someday" to arrive,
start enjoying yourself now!


Not sure what to do?

Make a "What I want to do Before I die" list.

When you're starting your list, it doesn't matter how wild and crazy your dreams are! So if you've always
wanted to take up scuba diving, or you want to make a million dollars or even sing in front 10,000 people --
write it down. Think about everything that you really want -- the things that would make you feel special or
loved, or important. The things you've been meaning to get around to doing, but for one reason or another,
just haven't done. The secret dreams that have been hiding in a tiny corner of your heart.

The important thing here is figure out exactly what it is you WANT.
Writing the things down, gives them form shape and power.

After you've written them down, prioritize the list.
What things are on that list that are the most important to you?
If you found out that you were going to die next year, or next week, or tomorrow, what would you want to do
before it happens?

Don't be surprised if your list is very long. You've probably been denying yourself for a while now, because
"life" got in the way of "living."

If you're like most people, you'll find there are some things on your list that are very simple, and easy to do.
Maybe you like feeling spoiled by having your first cup of coffee in bed every morning. Or maybe you only
use grandma's "company" dishes during special occasions, but you love them. Or maybe your list includes
things like telling the people you love that they matter to you.

Whatever is on your list, whatever dreams and desires are in your heart, what are you waiting for? Set your
alarm fifteen minutes earlier, and enjoy your coffee in bed. If you want to learn to salsa dance, but you're
waiting until you lose fifteen pounds -- remember that salsa dancing is a great form of exercise -- and just do
it!

When you give yourself permission to start living your life, amazing things start to happen! You may find
yourself going through a "lucky" streak. Opportunity starts knocking at your door on a regular basis. And you
may even find that the stress and strain you were under has lifted. Things look brighter, and you feel happier.


Don't throw your list away -- in fact, keep it handy and add to it as you think of new dreams, new goals.
Because as you begin to live the life you were meant to live -- a life that's worth living -- you may just find that
you need a new sheet of paper!

Dreams and life experiences are what drives us through this 'journey of life'.
If you have written down your list of dreams and desires, you will have realised that you have 'ambition'.
This ambition of yours needs to be 'focused' to draw Abundance towards you.



End Procrastination & Self-Doubt.   (Procrastination is the ‘killer’ of dreams.)

Self-doubt and lack of Motivation are the main cause of personal failures in the lives of Millions of people. Not
living up to your true potential can lead to anger and depression.

Overcoming procrastination and building a ‘positive-self-image’ is not impossible. There are some very
practical steps you can take that will lead you to personal success and keep you Motivated.

Fear of failure (or success) and a lack of energy leads to procrastination. People who procrastinate become
‘frustrated’ and generally accomplish nothing. To change this negative behaviour, you must first identify the
things that cause you to procrastinate in the first place.

Feelings of fear, rejection, and unworthiness take a real toll on your self-esteem. Taking steps to improve
your self-esteem will make a huge difference in your energy level and will Motivate you to make other positive
changes in your life.

Human beings are motivated by two things: pleasure and pain.

Make a list of the things you would like to accomplish and how you will reward yourself when you do reach
your goals. When you are making your list, be sure to include the ‘consequences’ you will suffer by
procrastinating.

Keeping the reward in mind will make it easier to stay motivated.

Overcoming irrational fears and phobias are crucial to your self-esteem and energy level. The act of
procrastinating itself creates self-esteem issues. Guilt, stress, and anxiety are results of low self esteem and
lack of motivation.

Procrastination is  'habitual behaviour'. You can break the cycle of self doubt and procrastination if you make
the decision to do so.

Keep a list of the things you need to accomplish, both long and short term goals, and reward yourself for each
thing you cross off your list. It is not easy to break old habits, but it can be done and soon you will find that the
new behaviour is second nature.

Keep in mind that your emotional health is closely related to your physical health. A sensible diet and exercise
will do wonders for your self-image.

You will find that when you make an effort to change your negative behaviour you will have more energy and
your self-esteem will soar. Procrastination will no longer control your life and you will be motivated to
accomplish your goals. You can change your self-image and become a highly motivated individual if you take
the time to find out why you lack motivation and take steps to improve your self-esteem.


Remember.   A car can only go in two directions, either forward or backward, and like a car, we can move
forward or backward in our lives. Our every thought either takes us toward our goals and desires, or away,
and has a positive or negative effect on the direction of our lives.

Compare your brain to a computer.
If a new PC is loaded up with virus contaminated programs would you expect it to run smoothly? Of course not,
because you get out of the computer exactly what you put in - your brain is exactly the same.

Your every thought determines the direction of your life. If you are moving backward then take time to analyse
your thoughts. Make a determined effort to recognize negative thoughts and treat them as your worst enemy.
Try not to dwell on them. Putty can be moulded into any shape or form, and so too, your life can be shaped
and your destiny set by your thoughts.

Remember, the potential for change is the same for everyone. It only takes acceptance of the idea that
change is possible, coupled with the determination to follow-through.
It's not always easy to control our thoughts, but certainly not impossible, and the rewards can last a lifetime.

There are many books on the subject of self-help, but remember, you must take action to succeed. Your
thoughts will not change simply by reading an article or book. You must apply what you learn to your everyday
affairs.

Allow what you read to awaken the possibility of change within you, then take action.

One of the most beneficial practices for positive thinking is to look for the "good" in everyone and everything.
Remember to encourage others everyday by a kind word or deed, and be ready to offer (and receive)
compliments.

Find opportunities to put the power of your positive thinking to work.
For example, you might be standing in a long line at the supermarket checkout. Rather than get upset, do
your utmost to help-out and encourage others with a kind word or compliment. You'll be surprised at the
positive reaction and at how many people will give you a beaming smile in-return.

Taking the time to notice others and look for the "good" in every situation will not only lift your spirits, but will
brighten the day for everyone around you - (it's a win-win situation to be sure).

There are a 1,001+  ways to look for the good in others, be they family, friends or those you may only meet
once. So, get the lead-out of your boots, get rid of those negative thoughts, and become a winner.

When driving your car for instance;   
Instead of winding yourself and others up.
Let people out of junctions they may have been waiting at.
Don’t moan or get angry when someone takes the wrong turn, doesn’t indicate, or cuts in front of you.
They may not know the area as well as you, and may be confused.
Hold back if you see someone trying to enter your lane from the wrong angle.
It doesn’t hurt to do so. But helps ‘enormously’ the person trying to merge.

Do a mental 'self-check' after any of these actions, and then tell me it hasn't made YOU feel good.

Remember also; Whatever seed you sow, it will return in ‘multiples’.
Sow the seeds of good-will and positivity.
Then just SEE ‘Abundance’ bestowed on you in return.

Begin today to change your thought patterns one step at a time. Set yourself a goal for the week or month
and devote full attention to controlling your thoughts. Start with at least one hour each day and increase the
time as your confidence and thinking improve.

(Go the extra mile). It is a habit that needs nurturing, and a habit you'll come to cherish.

Going the extra mile means giving better service or attitude, with a positive mental attitude above and beyond
what is expected. This is an important principle of success in all walks of life and occupations.
NATURE ALWAYS GOES THE EXTRA MILE.

Nature applies this principle in the production of foods that grow from the soil. The farmer is forced to go the
extra mile, clearing the land, ploughing it and planting the seed at the right time of the year.

He receives no pay in advance for his labour but he works in harmony with nature's laws with the necessary
requirements. Nature takes over and germinates the seed he plants and develops it into a crop of food.

For every grain of wheat or corn planted, nature yields hundreds of grains.
Nature goes the extra mile by producing enough of every living thing to ensure the survival of the species.
Nature discourages the habit of getting something for nothing!

IN THE ANIMAL WORLD THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH

Animals in the wild must either forage for leaves and berries, or hunt down their prey to survive.
Nature supplies the source of food for every living thing but every creature must WORK to obtain that food.

GOING THE EXTRA MILE IN THE WORKPLACE

An efficient and courteous server in a restaurant is a prime example of going the extra mile. Most people will
notice the extra attention along with good service and leave a generous tip. Anyone may earn a living without
going the extra mile, but they will not enjoy the economic security and luxuries.

Colonel Sanders of 'Kentucky Fried Chicken' fame pitched his famous recipe over a thousand times before it
was picked up and promoted. We all know the rest of the story!
Had he given up at any time he would have been stuck with his minimal monthly pension.
The Colonel proved that going the extra mile with a positive mental attitude will help 'anyone' achieve their
goals.

Job security when employment is scarce.

Extra compensation for services rendered.

Builds a positive mental attitude.

Develops personal initiative.

Has a positive effect on co-workers and employees.

Helps to develop a definite purpose.

Stimulates the soul.

What Are Brainwaves?

What are Brainwaves, and why are they interconnected with Music??

Every moment of your life your brain is active. It is pulsing with electrical impulses;
Yes, electricity! The electricity or electrical current generated by the brain can be measured with an
‘electroencephalograph’ (EEG), which measures the frequency of the electrical current. This frequency or
speed of the brainwave is measured in Hertz(HZ).

Now here is the really cool part. These frequencies can be associated with your state of mind at any particular
moment. This means that your ‘state of mind’, for example; being relaxed, frightened, or sleepy...can be
"seen" in your brainwave frequencies. The speed of the frequency allows us to categorize our brainwaves into
four broad categories.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT BRAINWAVE PATTERNS?

There are four common brainwave patterns that have been well researched and documented. They are:

BETA WAVES - 14Hz to 20Hz. Beta waves are associated with normal waking consciousness. They are
present when you are focused on activities in the outside world.

ALPHA WAVES - 8Hz to 13Hz. Alpha waves are likened to a light meditation. They are prevalent when you
daydream. They will become stronger when your eyes are closed.

THETA WAVES - 4Hz to 7Hz. Theta waves occur during heightened states of creativity and are found with a
deep meditative state.

DELTA WAVES - .5Hz to 3Hz. Delta waves are found in a deep sleep state or unconsciousness. Also, Delta
waves are common in very deep meditation.


FOCUS, CREATIVITY AND CONCENTRATION - THE ALPHA CONNECTION

A predominance of Alpha waves in the brain is associated with accelerated learning, focus and enhanced
creativity. When you are focused on something, there is a predominance of Alpha waves. No matter what your
profession or hobby, these attributes will increase your productivity and enhance your experience.

FINDING THE HIGHER SELF - THE THETA CONNECTION

A deep meditative state is true bliss. Increase your Theta waves and you are on your way to this state. In the
Theta state you can lose your attachment to the physical body. You will feel a deep sense of physical
relaxation. This disconnect of mind and body allows you to focus on the inner you, the higher self. This is the
ideal state to begin your journey into ‘meditation’.

emotions within us as well, with different people choosing their own ‘personal’ genre of music to achieve a
desired effect.

Most people who listen to music don’t understand ‘Why’ they like or dislike certain ‘types’ of music. They just
know that they do. They know that ‘their’ favourite music gives them pleasure, and often can’t understand how
someone else can find that same pleasure from music that they find ‘distasteful’, bordering on ‘unbearable’.

We all generate Electricity. Our Human form is simply a ‘biological battery’. Our purpose on this planet is to
generate this electricity.

‘Why’ we generate it is a subject for another time, but our sole purpose is to provide ‘electricity’.

All of our bodily functions are controlled by electrical impulses from our brain.

Our brain is stimulated by certain frequencies.

These varying frequencies are in turn stimulated by ‘Music’.

Our moods and actions can be determined by the type of music we listen to.

Our ‘Health’ can be controlled by stimulating the brain to act in a certain manner using certain ‘Chords’ found
in our music.

‘Sonic Wands’ are being developed as I write this article. All of our ailments will be cured by ‘frequency control’
in the future.

Hypnotists have for years used a particular ‘frequency’ in their voice tones to induce hypnotic states, (for
good and bad reasons).

If we all reacted exactly the same to all of these frequencies, life would be simple. Just put on one type of
music to experience pleasure. Another to experience pain.
Yet another to stimulate creativity or sleep. How great would that be??

Sadly, it doesn’t work like that. We are all individual, and we react differently to different music genres, so
when someone tells you to listen to ‘wave music’ to relax.
Or ‘Heavy Rock’ to make you more determined, you should take it with a pinch of salt. While many people
‘may’ be susceptible to react positively, many more won’t.

There is a common ‘Chord’ that affects us all ‘positively’. Certain musicians have discovered it and tried to
convince the rest of us that it holds ‘The Key’ to our future prosperity as a race. BUT, the powers that be,
do not want us to be ‘Empowered’ by the knowledge, and have always stifled public debate about it.
‘The Few’ know of it’s power, and systematically use it to control the rest of us.

Experiment with music you think you ‘Don’t like’.
(Secretly is best, then you’re not under any peer pressure, pretending you don’t like something to keep
looking ‘Cool’).
Do this on your own, where you know you won’t be disturbed. You’ll be amazed at the different ‘emotions’ that
are ‘charged’ by different types of music that you thought you’d NEVER listen to.

Write down your feelings after listening ‘secretly’ to each piece. You’ll soon discover how to control your
feelings and your actions. You may find that music you really like makes you ‘Angry’ or ‘Depressed’. When
you do, make a note of it so that you are consciously ‘aware’ of it’s effect on you. That way, it has less power
over you.

When you find the music that makes you feel good, happy or creative. Note those down as well so that you
can ‘use’ that power to make your life easier and more fulfilling for yourself.

So what can you do to conquer self-doubt and energize your actions? It all starts with positive thinking. Start
off by spending some time congratulating yourself for what you have ‘already’ accomplished in life.

Everyone has had their share of wins. Make a list of these accomplishments and what actions ‘you took’ to
make them happen. Think about the obstacles that you overcame or what special actions ‘you took’ to reach
each goal. This is a great way to acknowledge your successes and give your self-confidence a boost.

Your list of wins will be the foundation that you build on for your future successes.

Remember that there is a link between thoughts and actions. It's time to take control of your thoughts.
Whenever you start having doubts, pull out your list.

Negative thoughts are the greatest killer of dreams known to man!

Telling yourself  "I can't",  will lower your self-esteem, reduce the effectiveness of any actions that you take,
and prevent you from achieving your goals.

Your list of wins is something that can ‘reassure you’ whenever negative thinking tries to take over your mind.

Instead, tell yourself  "I can".

Positive thoughts ‘will’ bring confidence, optimism, and focused action, which gives you a much better chance
of achieving your goals.

"I can" is a great way to plant seeds in your mind for positive thoughts.

The resulting high self-esteem will provide the ‘extra edge’ that you need to drive away your fears, and
eliminate any doubt that keeps you from accomplishing your goals.
Character Is The Key.

The world is filled with people who make lots of money in questionable ways -- drug dealers, con artists,
dishonest business men, politicians on the take, and so on. If you measure success simply by how much
money you make, then you must realize that people who accumulate riches in a dishonest manner lack
something that is the true mark of success -- character and integrity.

No amount of wealth can compensate for a lack of character. Character equals integrity and integrity means
you always do what is right -- even when no one is watching you. It means that fear and guilt are all but
eliminated from your life because you have nothing to hide, and nothing to hold you back from achieving
success in the true definition of the word.

In a practical sense, this means you practice the  golden rule,  by ‘doing unto others as you would have them
do unto you’.   

In your daily life, there are numerous opportunities for you to make this rule a part of your routine. Think
about it. Have you ever been tempted to shortcut your way to the top of the corporate ladder? Reaching this
goal is a wonderful achievement, but take a look around you. Are the hallways in your office building stacked
high with the bodies of people you stepped on in order to get there?
If so, be prepared to get stepped on in return.

Do you routinely treat people with honesty and respect? Or do you have a short temper when it comes to
dealing with people who refuse to bow down to your every wish and command?

The person with character and integrity will never have to worry about this because they know that no-one
achieves success single-handedly. Whether it's success in the business world or sports or family life,
someone was probably there to offer a helping hand somewhere along the way. The person with character
and integrity will know and appreciate this and offer the same helping hand when the opportunity arises.

Celebrated portrait photographer, Yousuf Karsh, was famous for photographing celebrities and world leaders.
He said, "I have found that great people do have in common an immense belief in themselves and their
mission. They also have great determination as well as an ability to work hard. At the crucial moment of
decision, they draw upon their accumulated wisdom. Above all, they have integrity."

It is important that you take a good look at your attitude regarding what success means to you.

Albert Einstein said, "Weakness of attitude becomes weakness of character."

Character is what you are.
Success is what you achieve.
What you achieve can be large or small, but success without character and integrity is merely a shadow.
Your character is the key to success and it is the attribute you will pass on to your children. So let your
strength of character shine through in all you do and say.

Then you will truly be able to achieve meaningful success in life.

No one will disagree that modern life can get insanely busy – if we let it.
Are we too busy though?
How comfortable are we when we don’t have anything to distract us?
Are we content when we’re not accomplishing something, moving ahead in our goals or helping others?
Is our sense of worth tied to our 'busyness'?
Are we a slave to recognition?
Are we lonely when we’re by ourselves?
It's important, not only to reflect upon such questions, but to decide to behave differently.

Perhaps we could set aside five minutes of ‘thinking time’ a day.
Some people might just ‘be’ while others may choose to meditate or pray.
We might also do well to engage in a solitary activity from time to time, or even develop a hobby that we
quietly enjoy ourselves.
Instead of only reading work-related journals, we should read outside of our area of expertise and read for
pure pleasure.

Many of us are performance-oriented and driven by success and competition. We should acknowledge that
one day we may be at a loss to know what to do with ourselves when our career is over, retirement beckons,
or perhaps we become physically unable to actively pursue the same interests.
Can we still be happy even when we’re not busy? We need to slow down and savour life – not rush through it
and miss so much potential beauty and happiness along the way.
It is entirely possible to discipline ourselves to slow down and be more fully present in each human interaction,
and each solitary moment of our day.

Being fully present is impossible if we're constantly rushing about, going over our ‘to do’ list, or mentally
reviewing the meeting we just left.
To be fully present is to give 100% attention to the task at hand, or to whomever we’re talking.
It means maintaining a comfortable degree of eye contact, verbally showing comprehension, and asking open-
ended questions.
Applied to family life, trying to slow down and be more present brings irreplaceable rewards. The dignity of
each family member is recognized and deeper relationships result. The next time your child or a young
person asks for attention in some way, be reminded that nothing is more important or sends a message of
love more than willingly  giving them your time. It’s a gift of 'self'.

Do not miss the truly important parts of life by being too preoccupied and busy.
Slow down! Resolve today to:
• Look for the beauty around you.
• Begin to read a book for pleasure.
• Spend some quiet time alone.
• Listen better.
• Spend some time visiting with family and/or friends.

Get in amongst the internet ‘in-crowd’ and give a little of your own ‘knowledge’.
You may think you have nothing of importance to say/give, but that is seldom, if ever, true.

We all have unique experiences, and people are genuinely interested in ‘everyday people’. This is the very
reason that Reality TV shows are such an enormous HIT with viewers. Also why ‘Blogs’ have taken off into the

Lastly; Believe in Yourself.

Don't we all want to be successful?
In life?   As a person?    In your career, job, business?

The fundamental law of human achievement is the 'law of self-belief'.
It suggests that you should always behave in a manner consistent with your beliefs.
If you believe you are a Roman Catholic, then you are.
If you believe you are a Buddhist, you are.
If you believe you can ride a bicycle, then you can ride a bicycle.
(Unfortunately, once you decide you can't ride a bicycle, then you can't).
Even though we are all capable of riding a bicycle, once you believe you can't, you can't.

You then suffer from the 'self-limiting belief' that you just cannot do it.
Your belief is not based on fact, it is just a belief.
Even though our self-limiting beliefs are not based on fact, we always behave in a manner consistent with our
beliefs.
If you believe you can drive a car, be creative, set goals, implement a successful life strategy, or marketing
strategy. Sell well, negotiate, be a leader, understand financial implications, manage your time well, etc,etc.
Then you can, and will, master all these skills.

Even if at the present time you have not mastered them, as long as you believe you are excellent, then you
will make the necessary efforts. You will set goals or desires, design a personal development plan, and set
personal and family goals, then resolve to pay the necessary price.

Another vitally important aspect of the 'law of belief', is that you can believe 'anything' that you want to believe.

You can believe that you are brilliant at marketing, selling, finance, relationships and time management.

You can believe that you are successful in business.

You can believe that your are a millionaire.

You can believe you are the most 'charismatic' person around, and that others are automatically 'attracted' to
you.

You can believe you are the most generous, loving person you know, with a heart of gold.
As long as you truly believe, then you will hang on to that belief, despite setbacks, until your beliefs become
your reality.

Your beliefs are your reality.

Make a decision to adopt beliefs which are consistent with achieving your goals. All successful people have
beliefs consistent with what they want to achieve. Join them! Make a decision to change your beliefs. The
beliefs you hold at the moment are largely responsible for the position you hold at the moment. If you change
your beliefs, then you change your reality.
Changing your beliefs about yourself means changing your self-concept. Your self-concept is your bundle of
beliefs about yourself. Make a decision to adopt the self-concept which is consistent with achieving your goals.
We get our beliefs from our culture and what other people tell us. When we are little our most significant
others tell us things which describe us. If the parent tells the child he is useless he will grow up believing it and
manifesting that uselessness in his life. If the daughter was told she is beautiful and sings like an angel, she
will grow up believing it (whether it is true or not).

Everything starts with ideas or thoughts. Thoughts and ideas become feelings which eventually become
beliefs. Your beliefs have a powerful effect on your expectations. Your expectations have a powerful effect on
your attitude.
If you believe you are destined to become successful, or live a life full of 'Abundance', then this has a strong
effect on your expectations which in turn become very positive. Your positive expectations are translated into
a very positive attitude. Your attitude is the major determinant of your success in achieving your goals.

Everything comes back to beliefs. Successful people have the 'beliefs' of successful people; unsuccessful
people have the 'beliefs' of unsuccessful people.
Make a decision to adopt the beliefs consistent with being successful. Make a decision to shake off self-
limiting beliefs and negative emotions. This drains energy and is time wasting.

Replace them with positive beliefs and positive emotions.
Start now! And believe in yourself!
